China is still far behind

The high end manufacturer are still in US. Most of the manufacturer in China are still low end with high pollution. some products seem in high end but they are built from the components made or designed by US. For instance, smartphone is highly integrated by Qualcom. Xiaomi had to give up the India market after the lawsuit by Ericsson. Look at the smartphone, which patent belongs to you, from operating system, chips to semiconductor equipment? Some big companies are waiting to sue you to get the royalty when you have enough sales.
