Globalization internationalize the company

It is the investment to buy the company, but you are not able to buy the system which has the mechanism to make new technology and innovation. Globalization optimizes the resource globally. IBM sold PC and low end server to Lenovo because of the high cost, but the core R&D departments are still in US. Actually the technology in these companies are mature. It is changing the owner with low operating cost.
