将严重危害美国国防工业，汽车工业和航空航天工业。稀土必须由美国制造，美国提炼，这么基巴简单而又急迫的问题，美国就是不去做，还能让美国再次伟大？不克服技术资金人才环境等重重困难制造出自己的稀土元素，美国衰落不可避免。
