那个问题Trish问得非常跳跃，正说着强迫技术转移的事，突然跳到如何定义国家资本主义，刘欣没能跟上她的跳跃式思维，所以让她重复一下，很正常。

原对话是这样的：

Trish抢过来重问: “。。。我想说的是，你们的经济体系很有意思，你们有一个资本主义的系统，却由政府控制经营，你怎样定义这个制度？”
刘欣：“我们定义它为中国特色的社会主义，预期市场的力量在资源分配上起决定主导作用，我们要的是一个市场经济，但又有中国特色，例如，国营企业在经济上起着重要但逐渐减少的作用，许多人以为中国经济都由政府所有或由政府控制，实际上并非如此，如果你看一下统计，全国80%的员工在私企，80%的出口产品出自私企， 65%的创新是由私企完成的。。。。”

刘的回答没任何问题。

Trish： No, no, no, I guess forced technology transfer may be part of it, but State Capitalism, in other words。。。

刘：Because you started with the 'forced technology transfer' and some how you kind of skipped away. 

Trish： I want to say that I think your system of economics is very interesting because you know, you have a capitalist system but it's state run. So talk to us about that, how do you define it.

刘：Well we would like to define it as Socialism with Chinese characteristics。。。。
