根本的东西不是减税的问题。。。

减税立刻的效果就是政府收入减少，马上的事。政府只能继续地大量地借钱。只要借钱利率就不会低。这样公司企业贷款负担上升。同时给企业减税，到底怎么合适不好判断。

一个真正负责任的总统应该去减少国债并坚持平衡预算！
