纽约这次航班,算是一次飞行事故。
从发帖看,有部分网友对进行事故调查的目的有些误解,似乎认为查找原因是为了追究责任,这是真的是误解。
飞行事故调查的目的,是查明原因,提出安全建议,防止类似的事故再次发生。
有人可能认为这是漂亮话,其实这不是漂亮话,事实就是如此。
第一,发生过的,只不过是一次事故,而通过查明事故原因,却可以避免今后发生类似的事故,得失不言自明。
第二,对于事故了解最清楚的,莫过于驾驶和副驾驶。因此,有的国家已经立法规定,凡是驾驶副驾驶主动说明的情节,不管是什么,都不能在法庭上作为对其不利的证据。
