收到交通警察开的粉红刑事罚单，

上庭后法官问愿不愿意交5刀认罪，当时脱口说自己无罪，法官和奇怪的表情说，那就择日再来上庭。

事后有点后悔，觉得为了5刀再去浪费时间不合算，但是，如果认罪，会不会有记录影响呢？
