Don't use Chase credit card. Once I used in resturant

in my vacation for lunch. The cost is about $74. I got two items. One for $74, one for $340, just few minutes after the first one. Someone forged my signature. The resturant owner also said the second one was something wrong. But After 9 months talking to Chase, it still refused to take the amount out. The reason was I used the card for first item. In the end, the owner sent me a check and I paid the credit card. After that I closed all my account with Chase.
