Thank you so much guys for your very helpful response. I talked to the "Bill Dispute Dept" of my credit co.(as there is no fraud dept)today. They said it would take them about 30 days to process my case. So I have to wait and keep my eyes closely on any suspicious transaction(s) of this card. Once again I thank you and you guys all have a good day.
