刚才因标题空间原因,$4000 变成$40,======= ( 信用卡服务公司) 会直接deduct $4000

在楼 主的个案中,到第7步时, 真正持卡人收到帐单,发现$4000 fraud charge, dispute it with their own(Visa,Master,discover, AMX,等等) credit card company. The credit card company then contact the merchant service. Merchant service deduct $4000 from 楼主的 merchant account. 大家会说信用卡服务公司在第三步时,已经approve the charge,要承担责任. 非也, 楼主当时提供的是一个有效的信用卡, 那笔charge 一定会过. 楼主其实在刷卡前, 应该打电话給你的 信用卡服务公司确认卡的持有人姓名,地址. 但是international card, they can't verify it.
JUST REMEMBER :NO $, NO HONEY. maybe NO INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION at all.
