网上用信用卡的问题

我在网上用信用卡注册了一个软件的trail 7天，价格$4.88，confirm 付款后，发现额外加了$10.88的杀病毒软件，我根本没要这个软件。

今天，我看我的信用卡纪录，发现除了上边的付款外，过了7天又收了我$50。

和信用卡公司联系后，他们要我先联系收款的公司，然后再和他们联系。

我想收款的网上公司是个不良的公司，请问我该如何跟他们打交道？怎样才能让信用卡公司取消付款？
