请教living trust

上次来请教living trust，多谢各位的回答。知道娓娓是专家，还特意去查了她的博客和贴子，可惜这方面内容她谈的不多。

我昨天去跟律师谈living trust了。她没问我们具体想怎么处理财产，就准备草拟文件了。这样做正常吗？另外以后每年update可以自己做吧？
