吼一嗓子，适合用来做菜的Ham现在Costco上市了

这种country Ham，是比较咸的，味道介于中国的火腿和咸肉之间，没有烟熏的味道，也没有橡子那种香味，保持了比较好的原味，非常合适用来做菜，炖汤，蒸鱼，做咸肉菜饭。

价格也好。我每次买两腿，切开真空包装放冰冻。可以吃一年
