请教无线上网问题

家有3部电脑，其中两台laptop都是用无线上网，desktop则用cable.我们用的是time warner cable
和 linksys的 router，一向信号都很好。最近这两个星期却connect不了，每次我要enable wireless connection, connected 出现2秒钟后就变成“acquiring network address", 然后就永远都connect不上。
我打电话去time warner，他们不知道也不管。实在没有办法，不知这里有没有人能给点idea
