Ultra ATA133 和 ATA100硬盘

前两天碰到有硬盘的甩卖，其中有两款较吸引我：

1。Maxtor 200GB Ultra ATA 133
2. Seagate 200GB Ultra ATA 100

请各位给点建议，这两种硬盘怎样？哪种更好一些？ATA是啥意思？后面的号是越大越好还是越小越好?
