1. Set your system into Chinese: Contro Panel->Regional and Languaeg Options, install files for East Asian Languages
2. Download and install chinese fonts(.TTF), search

3. Type your Chinese characters from here http://www.deguotong.com/, copy them to photoshop
4. Select your favoriate fonts
you are done!
