need help

I just downloaded the 惠兰瑜伽 from 健康生活, but can not open the file. The file is WinRAR archive, ends with .rar. Could anybody tell me how to unzip or extract it? BTW, I just downloaded WinRAR software, but still don't know how it works. Thanks a lot!
