1. 电脑里的声卡安装好了吗? 开机时有声音吗?
2. 麦克风打开了吗?(start-All Programs-Accessories-Entertainment-Volumne Control-Options-Properties, click recording button, and make sure that microphone is checked.
3. Open Sound Recorder (Under Entertainment) and press record button and speak into your microphone and see if there are any waves while you are speaking?
If yes, speaker has the problem, if no replace the microphone.
