救救我的手提电脑

小女子的是个十足的电脑盲，自己有个SONY的手提电脑〔国内带来的买了2年，没做过格式化〕今天做格式化的时候〔电脑随身带了3张系统恢复盘〕第一张进行到百分之80就不动了。
我该怎么办，郁闷至极，在线等答案。
