小女子求救：我的电脑怎么不能系统还原，装了Norton Antivirus 2006

会不会是这个原因，每次选定了还原的日期，刚点“下一步”还来不及等到收集还原的资料电脑就重新启动，然后就提示：还原未完成，被不恰当的重启打断。请各位热心人帮忙指点一下，谢谢。
