问个问题,新电脑装了金山词霸,怎么一打开屏幕就闪,啥也干不了.谢谢.

这是怎么回事呀.咋解决,还有,新买的电脑DELL,怎么没有打印机接口,长长扁扁那种,是不是现在的电脑先进到只用USB接口了?
