我的电脑被病毒感染了吗?

最近我的电脑一开机,就显示说电脑被病毒感染,并出现以下信息:
Attention! Your system is under control of remote computer with IP address 227.4.167.118. The remote computer has access to the following folders on your PC:
- \WINDOWS\System32
- \Program Files\Internet Explorer
- \My Documents
- Drive C:\ files

关键是这个查出我电脑有病毒的软件并不是我安装的,也象是个病毒嘛, (有可能是我不小心安装的,譬如一个POP OUT, 按了个YES啥的.) 啥时候进我电脑都不知道,另外, 上它的网站去下它指定的软件也要$50?
