Help with my temporary directory!

I've tried to install or unzip some software. But the computer gives me
the messages such as
D:\MYTEMP\Tool\NortonAntiVirus\2005112717.rar: No files to extract
Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\JEFF~2.TED\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.125\2005112717.exe" for unzipping a software

or
"Unable to execute the files in temporary directory. Setup is aborted. Error 5:Access is denied." for installation.

I've checked up the directory, they are all existing. Help me!
