.asp 是网页文件, 不可能是音频或视频文件

.ASP 文件可以设计成播放音频或视频, 得其本身不是音频或视频文件.
而且对方的服务器设定有错误, 负责你不能下载到.ASP文件.
在国外你是真老外了.
