求助:国内带回美国的Notebook不能上网

朋友美国家中电脑上网使用Windows XP Home英文版,cable modem. tcp/ip config: obtain an ip address automatically.上网正常.此时Local area connection details显示ip:67.20.17.122, submask:255.255.248.0, assigned by DHCP.
国内带回美国的Notebook使用Windows XP Professional中文版.tcp/ip config同上.但连上cable线后Notebook总是自动将tcp/ip congig改成ip:169.254.60.94, submask:255.255.0.0,ip自动私有.打不开亡页.

应该如何调整?
