求教：装MUI是不是需要64位的Windows XP？

我的系统是Windows XP Professional，运行MUISetup.exe时，系统提示"MUISetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"，然后运行中止。请问这是不是意味着必须要64位的Windows XP才能安装MUI？如果是的话，又没有什么办法把我的32位的Windows升级成64位的？（除了重装之外，:-)）。谢谢！
