REPOPST; exploret-not responding

Please help to solve this problem.

Using Verizon DSL,but can't get to SOME websites. For example,trying to get SINA and MSN, explorer stops working when the part of pages show up. Press CTRL+ALT+ALT,it shows EXPLORER NO RESPONDING.After clicking END TASK or restarting,same happens.Reinstalled explorer 6,still got same problem.I'm using WIN 98 SE.
