download software

请问大狭们，那个下载的软件比较安全可靠？ 主要想下载音乐这类的。 以前试过国际快车，but my antispy notice said it was a spyware, I unintalled it.

Now I tried again to download FlashGet, but it is in Chinese, my computer doesn't comply. I wonder which else software I can download, and from where?
