关于ASP 的 INCLUDE FILE 问题

我有两个FILES
1. TEST.ASP


The time is:

2.TIME.INC
Response.Write(Time)
% >

这两个文件在我的PC 上运行能显示出时间, 但当我FTP 到SERVER 上去就显示不了时间了. 两个文件是放在同一个目录下的. 为什么啊? 那为高手指点一下啊.先谢了
