关于Word的问题

我用Word自动生成Table of Contents。现在我想把Table of Contents单独存为一个文件。我用Copy and Paste，发现所有的页面号码都显示"Error. Bookmark not Defined"。哪位大侠能告诉我如何解决这个问题？不胜感谢。
