在国外QQ上看不见中文,全是问号,怎么办?

我在国外是用得是DELL,看中文网没问题.写中文是用DELL本身带得(有人在网上教我的).
可是现在很想好朋友们,我刚下载了QQ2005正式版,为什么登陆后QQ的小窗口上看不见中文,全是问号,怎么办???帮帮忙,真的好想他们.谢谢!!!
