我的电脑重装后,不知如何装声卡

Are you talking about hardware (sound card) installation? Turn off your PC, Just insert the sound card into any PCI slot other than the one next to your video card. The turn on your PC, your PC should recognize the new hardware and ask for software, put the CD that came with your sound card into the CD-ROM, and install the software. You are ready to use the sound card.
