跪求修复IE的办法

IE突然打不开了，点了以后就是“遇到问题”的对话框。用NETSCAPE和OPERA都行。没有IE很多功能都用不了。。。请问有没有方法？本人是一电脑盲。连重装都不会。。到哪里可以修啊？哭。。。
