Help! DVD burning problem!

have Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator 6. Try to burn some rmvb files to blank DVD. When add files to the project, none of the files show up in the project. Can anybody help or have any idea what went wrong. Never had this problem before. Please help! Thanks!
