uninstall Oracle 8i

I intalled Oracle 8i, but I have never used it. Recently I find oracle.exe keeping writing to hard disc. There is no uninstall function in Oracle. Windows 2000 also can not remove it. Does anyone know how to uninstall it? 3x.
