我的IE设置有什么问题吗？

网络明明是联着的，没有问题，却老是弹出下面的窗口，谁知道怎么回事啊？多谢。
窗口内容是：
No conection to the internet is currently available. To view internet content that has been saved on your computer, click Work Offline. Click Try Again to attempt to connect.
