我从control panel --> Administrative Tools 里面关于 oracle 的只有data source (ODBC), 其.exe file 是 %SystemRoot%\system32\odbcad32.exe， 不是通常在windows task manager 里看到的oracle.exe, 而且，properties里没有把它改成手动启动的选项。
