Thank you guys! Problem not

Solved yet. I have two laptops both with win2k. Evo n800c (P4-M 2.0Ghz, 768MB, and 30GB with 11GB free) and Presario 17XL475 (P3-M 850Mhz, 256MB and 30GB with 17GB free). Evo takes 3 minutes more while Presario takes 3 minutes less, however no big difference. I don't rule out the hardware problem. But both computers with same hardware problems will be kind of strange. So I think it's very possible because of software problem because I installed almost indentical software sets. I used msconfig but don't really know how to use it. I checked system info. etc various system tools and didn't get it. Thank you very much for any more suggestions.
