I'm working and actively switching among 5-6 programs. Do you need to face a lot more at one time? Then there are music playing, pdf printer spooler, NJStar, and email checker running, plus explorer.exe and mapisp32.exe, there are currently 13 processes under my login name.

There are another 18 from the system - I don't want to optimize them as this is an office PC. Still it is 31. And you call 40 not too many. Haha.

Are you really doing anything or nothing at all.
