D版win xp pro如何去网上升级更新？

中文的win xp(sp1),去微软中国的网站自动升级了好几回，却都说：系统的语言和更新的文件语言不符合。后来又去英文的微软。。。。还是一样的结果。。。。。。。
各位大哥大姐小弟小妹，电脑高手，能不能帮帮我啊？
冲击波病毒，我怕怕。。。。。。。。小妹我，也算是学了那么几年的info的。。。。。。。真是。。。。。。没用！。。。。。。
