请电脑高人指点：电脑上出现了去不掉的Virus Alert

家里的电脑装有Norton AntiVirus，但前天起一开机就出现Virus Alert,Object Name: Windoessystem32/vtsqq.dll. Action taken: "Unable to repair this file"。试了所有想得到的办法，这个Virus Alert的pop up总是去不掉，其他上网什么的似乎并没有什么影响。请教电脑高手，明人指点一下，怎么才办好？多谢了！
