编辑系统分区根目录的boot.ini文件...

打开该boot.ini的文件（通常是在C盘根目录下），查看[operating systems]下面的内容

找到并删除中文操作系统的选项，以后开机就不会再询问了

同时把刚才删除行所指向的目录删掉（中文操作系统所安装到你硬盘的目录）
