dell 笔记本电脑打开WORD 都很慢，为何？请教。简介

最近，我的电脑很慢，连打开一个word 文件都很慢，请教原因。
原来不是这样的。 512 memory, 30G hard disk, 是否染病毒，或其他原因。
有时会响，非正常响声，最近用过BT, 是否有关。
请各位专家帮忙。
