PC133 256M Memory OK?

I have a PIII 450 PC with PC100 memory now, and want to upgrade the memory.

Is PC133 memory OK for it? the memory is "Micron and Hynix 256MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM PC133U-333-542-A 133MHz".
