In Windows XP:
On the Windows Start menu, click Control Panel.
Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
Click Add other languages.
Click the Languages tab. Click to select the Install files for East Asian languages check box.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
If you are prompted to restart your computer click Yes. If you are not prompted to restart your computer, click Shut Down on the Windows Start menu, and then click Restart.
