我问了很多人,都不知道

I am sorry to post this topic again because the technician in my community denied the internet system need my MAC and insisted on there was some error in my computer. However, he recognized he has changed some IP address and then my computer could not be connected to the internet.I post this item again just like to know if the main reason of the failuer connection is the changed IP address and how can I handle it?

Another question is whether the MAC means the phisical address I can get when I use the command ipconfig/all in dos window?Thank you very much.
