我的laptop动不动就自动关机，是内存小吗？256MB的。

我的东芝笔记本用了将近4年了，最近总是在我浏览网页的时候自动关机，是不是我开的窗口多了，还是我的内存太小了，本身是256MB的，我需要再买个内存条吗？
