(1)May be VIDEO card 的設定有問題 (check if there is a driver
update)
(2)DO you have enough memory ? (ie. XP need 512 MB ram...even you can run it with lower setting)
(3) Do you have enpoough hard drive space ? (2GB or more disk space should be available for future use)
(4) Download Microsoft AntiSpayware.
(5)Make sure your Anti-Virus software is up to date.
