不能阅读接收的中文email

我的电脑系统是Win XP, 我在 Control Panel 中的 Regional and Language Options 设定选项中加入中文简体,所以现在我可以输入中文,发中文email, 但是我不能阅读收到的中文email, 全部是乱码. 恳请各位高手指教,如何解决这个问题.
