How to block WenXue city popup

Lately I've been getting this pop up on Wenxue city. Even though I have pop up blocker and spy ware detecter installed, they seem to have no power over this one. Did Wenxue city create this pop up? Does anyone else get it? How to get rid of it? I know very little about this kinda stuff, so any help you like to offer is greatly appreciated.
